  2. What are the shipping options and costs? We currently offer a single standard shipping option. Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process. Free shipping is available on orders over $50.
  3. Do you ship internationally? Currently our shipping area is limited to the United States.

  1. Are your mugs microwave and dishwasher safe? Yes, our mugs are made from high-quality materials and are both microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend handwashing for prolonged color vibrancy.
  2. Can I personalize a mug with my own design or text? At the moment, we do not offer personalized customization options. However, we continually introduce new designs and collections, so keep an eye on our updates.
  3. What are the dimensions and capacity of your mugs? The standard size for our mugs is 11 ounces (approximately 325 ml). Specific dimensions can be found in the product descriptions on each product page.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. What is your return policy? We want you to be happy with your purchase.

    All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

    However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Deezmugs.shop offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
